We appreciate your interest in Repressed Publishing - customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Should you require any changes to your order or would like to arrange a return, please contact us immediately. To best serve you, we've outlined a few of our policies. Please review prior to purchasing.
If a product arrives with a physical defect - either from transit or printing - we will be more than happy to replace the item immediately. Simply contact usand we'll make arrangements to have a new books shipped to your location. Given the historical and genealogical nature of our books, we discourage the return of books that didn't contain an expected ancestor, location or other information. Please contact us prior to purchase to arrange surname look ups or to better understand the contents of a book.

Repressed Publishing LLC ships all of your purchases in sturdy, new boxes through the United States Postal Service. Since all of our products are print on demand, we print and bind them from scratch prior to shipping them. Most domestic packages arrive at your door within 7-9 days from ordering (5-7 days from shipping) though occasionally USPS Media Mail has been known to take longer. Shortly after shipping, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Products are shipped from our warehouse in North Manchester, Indiana within 1-3 business days of your order. We offer three methods of shipping:
Standard - USPS Media Mail® with Delivery Confirmation
International - USPS International Priority Mail®
All of our domestic shipments include delivery confirmation - tracking numbers will be provided to you at the time of shipment. Unfortunately due to cost limitations, we are unable to provide delivery confirmation on international orders.
In the rare occurrence that a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll expedite a new copy to your home immediately.
